Bathroom Remodeling
A bathroom is the most heavily engineered small space in a home. Water, warmth, electricity and ventilation all meet in a few square metres, which is why bathrooms reward careful planning more than almost any other room. We survey the existing pipework and drainage first, because moving a shower or a basin is a very different job depending on what sits beneath the floor.
From there we rebuild the room in the right order: waterproofing and tanking, then tiling and floor levels, then fixtures, then connections and sealing. Ventilation gets proper attention too — a well-extracted bathroom stays cleaner for longer and is far less likely to develop the damp patches that ruin a fresh decoration.

Windows Replacement

Solar and Roofing Upgrade
Solar panels and roofs have a difficult relationship if they are planned separately. Panels are mounted on the roof, so the covering underneath needs to be sound, level where it matters, and expected to last as long as the array itself. Doing the roof first and the panels second saves you from the awkward, expensive job of removing an array a few years later to repair what is beneath it.
We inspect the structure, the covering, the flashing and the drainage before recommending anything. If the roof needs attention, that becomes stage one. Only then do we design the array, agree where the conduit will run, and plan the inverter and isolator positions so the finished installation looks integrated rather than improvised.

Fire safety work is rarely glamorous, which is exactly why it is so often postponed. Our approach is to make the essential parts simple and well placed, so they are genuinely useful in an emergency rather than merely present. Flooring Renovation
